  8. ¹How  many  members should a group have?
  9. This  problem  havn't been discussed at
  10. all.   Can  anyone organize 50 persons?
  11. I  say  NO!  A group shall be small!  I
  12. belive  in  groups with 10 - 15 members
  13. maybe less.  Let us take an exampel:  A
  14. group  with  15  coders,  can they work
  15. together?  Nope.  But the group perform
  16. very  much.   But's that the point?  To
  17. do  as much as possible in the shortest
  18. time.   If  so, OK - it's allright with
  19. 50  members  in a group.  Else - NO!  I
  20. think  a  group  must  be  a TEAM.  5-6
  21. coders,    3-4    musicians   and   4-5
  22. graficians.    Everybody  know,  or  at
  23. least  have met, eachother.  They won't
  24. do  more,  but  they  maybe feel better
  25. making  things.   Alright, groups ain't
  26. supposed  to  become thé drinking clubs
  27. but  it's  for god sake a hobby.  Don't
  28. take  your  group  so serious!  I think
  29. it's  better  if eveybody realize that.
  30. We  do  it  for  fun, so just let it be
  31. FUN!
